The Great AI Inversion” is here: intelligence is a commodity and human judgment is the new scarcity. As this shift reorders software, logistics, finance, and more, join Del Mar resident and tech expert, Sudeepto Roy, to explore the transition from “Big Brains” toward deliberate reasoning, agentic action, and the quest for a better world model. We will analyze the 2026 landscape, from the “Thermodynamics Wall” of insatiable power demand to the critical pivot toward Edge AI and the distributed digital nervous system. As AI tunes out entry-level roles and hollows the professional middle, the only durable moat is human accountability that no autonomous agent can replicate. This talk frames our evolution from digital abstractions into a future bounded by physical constraints and human responsibility.
