FT Subscribers:

First Thursdays will be at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church this week.

We’ll have our usual wine and cheese reception on the outdoor patio just outside Parish Hall, followed by a terrific performance by pianist Konstantin Soukhovetski.

The City is continuing to work on resolving the electronics problems at Town Hall that are temporarily keeping us from being able to hold First Thursdays at Town Hall as usual.

Location: St. Peter’s is located just east of Camino Del Mar, between 15th and 14th Streets. It’s address is 1 Parish Ln, Del Mar. (Parish Lane is between 15th and 14th Streets.)

Recent DMF Grants

Thanks to the continued generosity of our donors, the Del Mar Foundation has made a number of grants to benefit our community. These are just a few: Monarch Butterfly Demonstration Garden at Civic Center (Click here to learn more); All-terrain beach accessible chairs and mats; and the Del Mar Climate Change Symposium (Click here to learn more).

Who We Are

Founded in 1982, the Del Mar Foundation is Del Mar’s community foundation and its oldest 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We sponsor a wide range of programs and events, make community grants, and manage over $9 million in endowment and reserve funds to benefit Del Mar and the San Dieguito Lagoon.

Our mission: to promote civic pride and cohesiveness, acquire and preserve open space, improve beaches and parklands, raise and grant funds, and sponsor diverse cultural programs and community events in Del Mar. As we work to inform and inspire the Del Mar community, we welcome your participation and support.
